The concept of age-based time compression draws on decades of psychological research into how subjective time perception, routine, and autobiographical memory interact across a lifespan.

MemoryDensity applies ideas from research on novelty, routine, autobiographical memory, and subjective time.

Daily prompts encourage noticing and reflection. First-times logging targets the novelty that research links to richer encoding. Weekly Time Capsules give you a structured way to look back on distinct moments — the kind of episodic detail that can make a week feel fuller in retrospect.
